My degree in Language and Communication at Cardiff University incorporated different learning styles and techniques such as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). This coupled with learning how different brain disorders can affect our communication and behaviours led to my fascination with how the brain works.

Discovering the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training provided me with the knowledge and direction I was looking for to continue this interest. I subsequently founded Walsh Hypnotherapy, formerly Joanna Walsh Hypnotherapy, in 2012. Helping people to recognise their own strengths and abilities in creating real change in their lives is incredibly rewarding and I wouldn't want to do anything else!
